Composer and Performer Devin Maxwell is bringing a unique evening of music that asks you to rethink what the limits of percussion can be. Over the course of an hour, Devin will be presenting original compositions, works by Tim Parkinson, Nina C. Young, and Herbert Brün, and will feature musicians Katie Porter and Noriko Kishi on clarinet and cello, respectively. Devin’s original works explore our relationship to our environment and challenge our dominion over it.

Carey Campbell is presenting a new multimedia concert where technology and traditional instruments meet, joined by ambient lighting and projections that explores movement and texture while challenging audience members’ aural sense of timbre and rhythm. The concert invites audiences to actively listen and encourages reflectivity and introspection.
